Holiday Decorating Tips

Christmas is right around the corner! Whether you’re staging your home to sell or decorating your dream home, here are a few of my favorite holiday floral tips:

• Give layered objects with the same color tones a pop of color by adding a wreath and a ribbon.

• Paint a few of your closed Lily blooms with egg whites so they won’t open. (It really works!)

• Add ribbon to your orchids, boxwoods or topiaries for an elegant and timeless look.

• Create a reusable Christmas arrangement by combining small clippings of boxwood and evergreen, nice silk roses, and your favorite container.

Bonus Tips: Trader Joe’s always has the best prices for Christmas flowers and greenery (lilies , berries, seeded eucalyptus & olive branches). And if you decide to use silk greenery or flowers you can make arrangements you can reuse every year.
